You’ll be given paperwork to fill out and we’ll collect any insurance information if appropriate.
You’ll meet one of the Premier Care doctors for a consultation and a physical examination. The physical examination may include posture and gait observation, range of motion testing, and orthopedic testing. The different tests help identify the root causes of your issues.
Once we have a complete understanding of your condition, we’ll gather your findings to come up with a set of customized recommendations and we’ll review these with you.
Next, we’ll explain what you can expect for your care. After that, you’ll receive your first adjustment and other treatment modalities according to your new treatment plan.
Finally, we’ll head back to the front desk to get you scheduled for your next visit.
Please plan to spend an hour with us on the initial visit. We’re respectful of your time, so we keep wait times to a minimum.
Regular visits include a brief checkup and assessment of your condition and progress, and then treatment according to your treatment plan. Your treatment plan can and will change to reflect your progress. We appreciate open dialogue between our staff and patients and we are always happy to address concerns or answer any questions.
Every four to six weeks we will perform a re-examination that will involve a some of the tests that were performed in the initial visit. This allows us to track progress and evaluate whether or not changes to the treatment plan are necessary.
We’ll always make the best, most honest recommendations for your health that we can, and the rest is up to you. Your health is your choice, so if you’d like to come for regular care, we're here for you. If you choose to stop care, we’ll be here for you when you need us.
