Dr. Tim Gallucci
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Tim Gallucci is a native Oregonian, born and raised on Portland’s east side. Dr. Tim attended Reynolds High School in Troutdale, OR before venturing south to Eugene to embark on his undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon, Dr. Gallucci moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. It was there he met his wife Esther, who is a native of Foster City, California.
The two moved back to Portland and shortly thereafter, Dr. Tim enrolled at Portland State University to complete postbaccalaureate studies to fulfill prerequisite requirements for the Doctor of Chiropractic program. Dr. Gallucci next enrolled at the University of Western States in Portland, OR. Dr. Tim Gallucci was awarded the degree of Doctor of Chiropractic upon completion of his studies.
If Dr. Tim isn’t at the office, he’s most likely pretending to be a ninja, superhero, or monster with Esther and their 5-year-old son, Grant.
Dr. Victor Kutsar
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Victor Kutsar is a chiropractor with eight years of experience as a massage therapist. His experience in massage therapy has given him a profound understanding of the body’s innate capacity for healing. He completed his chiropractic education at the University of Western States and continues to stay updated with the latest information in chiropractic treatment.
Dr. Kutsar integrates chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue manipulation to address the root causes of pain and discomfort. He provides personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, emphasizing patient education and empowerment. He establishes a welcoming atmosphere that encourages trust by taking a sympathetic and caring approach.
Dr. Victor Kutsar’s interests outside of work include being a husband, a father to two children, and a foodie. He is committed to helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being through chiropractic care.
Melissa Bautista
Licensed Acupuncturist
Melissa Bautista is a licensed acupuncturist, board-certified in Chinese herbology & medical theory, biomedicine and a diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl.OM). Her treatments include acupressure, aromatherapy and psychosomatic approaches for holistic healing of the mind, body, and spirit. She strives to offer exceptional and effective holistic healthcare to all.
Melissa is a former Medical Assistant (MA) who received her AAS in 2010 from Everest College in Portland, OR. In 2021, she graduated from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) with a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAcOM). She received her massage license in 2021 with a specialty in Shiatsu massage and bodywork.
When she is not in the clinic, she enjoys quality time with her daughter and loves to teach her how to dance hula. Melissa takes great pride in the incorporation of her family’s rich tradition of healing, both at home and in the clinic, to pay homage to her Hawaiian culture and to honor the things she learned growing up.
